ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Heather Gilardi. My photography interest started in 2012, in the midst of Nursing school. My husband purchased my first DSLR camera to help motivate me towards better habits, and from the first click of that shutter I was instantly hooked. My interest quickly became a passion. I began by creating Heather Gilardi Photography, taking lifestyle and family portraits for my friends and family. I started a family of my own and my portraits started to fill up of my kids. Before my son was born, I got an iPhone that had the capability for adjusting aperture, and my passion then quickly became a brand. Overtime, my style of photographing my own children ignited interest amongst my family. I decided why not collaborate being a mom, a photographer, and creator, to brand something that blends my passions into a small business. So in August of 2021, I developed Shutter Momma LLC. A business of teaching how to take better pictures on your mobile device!
